Afghan torture survivors urgently need our help.
Over the past 20 years, many Afghan asylum seekers have come through our doors seeking help. Many of them suffered torture at the hands of the Taliban.
People like Benyamin, who was barely 18 when his family was targeted by the Taliban. After his father was killed, he embarked on a dangerous journey by foot through Iran, Turkey and across the sea, eventually reaching the UK in the back of a lorry.
We were able to help Benyamin by pairing him with a therapist who specialises in helping young people who have been tortured. After years of fear, Benyamin now finally has hope, thanks to your support.
But the number of Afghan people who, like Benyamin, will need our help is sure to increase exponentially in the coming years.
Will you donate what you can today, to ensure we have the resources to help every Afghan asylum seeker who comes to us for help after escaping the Taliban?
